Clients with active maintenance and support contracts are able to obtain product
updates/upgrades and technical support services for PSA's products.

Maintenance provides you with ongoing access to regular product improvements and
includes the following benefits:
- Automatic shipment of updates, upgrades, bug fixes, product enhancements, and new
documentation.
- Access to download section of PSA web site to obtain patches, point releases, and
major releases.
- Access to pre-release and beta versions of product updates and upgrades.

Technical support services provides you with product installation answers, correction
of malfunctions in the product, and includes the following benefits:
- Software product errors. PSA will investigate the problem and supply an immediate
fix or workaround where the product is not performing as per the documentation.
- Access to online support form to submit Technical Support Requests.
