Project Description:

The NACA Activist Hotline IVR informs homeowner’s of the latest housing legislation news and provides an option for the caller to be transferred to his respective legislative representative.

To reach the Activist Hotline callers dial a NACA Toll Free number and are connected to NACA’s IVR System. NACA has separate Toll Free numbers for both the Home Ownership Workshop and each Activist Campaign. Using Dialed Number Identification Service (DNIS), callers are routed to a particular NACA service, either the Home Ownership Workshop or the Activist Hotline, based on the NACA Toll Free number that was dialed. The IVR system also performs a check using the caller’s ANI (Automatic Number Identification) against a list of ANI’s that are blocked from entering the system.

Features:
  • Option to choose preferred language
  • Service of more than one call at a time
  • Providing an option for the caller to be transferred according to a caller’s region
  • Informing home owner’s of the latest HR bills
  • Keeping a list of phone numbers that will be blocked from using the service
  • Using a separate service for the ANI Block processing to minimize disruptions by blocked callers
  • Restricted access for a particular individual/campaign
