Project Description:This Action Alerts Notification application is an outbound IVR (Interactive Voice Response) service which calls a group of people and informs them of an important issue to them and NACA (customer) and then solicits an action. The service is used as meeting notification system that informs persons about Neighborhood Stabilization meetings.
Features:- Reminding of an upcoming NACA meeting in caller’s preferred language
- Designing and creating Database Tables
- Adding locking to allow multiple services to use the same table
- Presenting dynamic menu
- Recording person’s response in the database
- Directing the user to Activist Hotline if requested
- Adding scheduling mechanism to return the calls
- Mapping the caller time zone with the local time zone and checking the current time
- Creating web service for defining and monitoring Outbound Alerts
